Lee Melius, Executive Director-

Lee joined the team here at Grand River Partners, Inc. in January of 2008.  She brings experience, dedication, and a shared love for the Grand River Watershed with her.  Lee is well known in the Ohio conservation community as a dynamic, hardworking and successful proponent for land conservation, having begun her career at Geauga Park District with the effort to save The West Woods.  Lee is no stranger to the Grand River and its watershed. A 29-year resident of Madison and a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, she is an avid birder, has a fascination for forested wetlands, and has even had her own garden certified as a National Wildlife Federation Backyard Habitat.

 

Chad Knisely, Land Protection Specialist-

Chad attended Bowling Green State University and earned a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science.  He also attended the Franz Theodore Stone Laboratory, the field station of The Ohio State University, specializing in Aquatic Biology.  Prior to working with Grand River Partners, Inc., Chad worked for an environmental consulting firm where he had the opportunity to receive extensive wetland training.  Chad has always had a particular fondness for the Grand River  and is delighted to be a part of Grand River Partners, Inc.

 

         Vicki Domonkos, Land Protection &Watershed Planning Coordinator

Vicki attended The Ohio State University, and graduated with a degree in Environmental Science.  Before joining the staff at Grand River Partners, Inc., she worked at the Geauga Soil and Water Conservation District.  Vicki has developed an endorsed Watershed Action Plan for the Lower Grand River Watershed, which will assist in preserving the beauty and natural resources of the Grand River. 

       

        Brett Rodstrom, Land Protection Coordinator

Brett attended Allegheny College, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Environmental Policy. Before joining the staff at Grand River Partners, Inc. he worked at the Lake SWCD as an Urban Stormwater Specialist.  Brett was hired to work on Wetland Reserve Program and Wetland Reserve Enhancement Program projects, as well as  land protection strategies for landowners in the Grand River Watershed.

 

Lisa Pasquale, Executive Assistant

Lisa graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Prior to joining the Grand River Partners team, she operated a sole proprietorship - a full service advertising company which assisted in the marketing and production of national events. With a deep respect for the wildlife and natural beauty of Ohio, Lisa believes very strongly in our mission and is a vital link with our community.
